Under Microsoft Windows, you can use the "format" command to format a drive, just like in DOS.
MORE ...As with FDISK used above you will lose your data on the drive when you repartition and format. Partition software is available like EASEUS Partition Manager, they make partitioning easy and explain the process in detail in their manuals.
